Jet Professionals has joined Jet Fleet International as a JFI Alliance Partner. JFI's members will instantly benefit from discounts on Jet Professionals industry-leading search and placement services for temporary and permanent aircraft pilots, crew and personnel.
Jet Professionals provides temporary and fulltime staffing services to both individuals and corporations in the aviation industry. Jet Professionals also provides candidate interviewing and screening services, applicant testing and background checks, employee accounting and administrative work, tax and payroll deductions, insurance coverage and worker's compensation.
"Safety in the cockpit and preparing for any emergency have been a cornerstone of my flying career," said Bob Hoover, one of JFI's founders. "I believe that every private and corporate aircraft owner should have access to the best trained and highest level aircraft crew for safety of flight. With this new partnership, Jet Professionals will be an affordable and viable resource for every flight department—regardless of its size."
JFI was founded by aviation legend R.A. "Bob" Hoover and Eugene "Gene" Cernan, who was commander of the Apollo XVII lunar mission and the last man to walk on the moon. The company negotiates preferred fleet pricing with aviation suppliers on behalf of hundreds of private and corporate jet owners worldwide. JFI's business model resembles those of large fractional jet operators and commercial airlines that pay lower prices for products and services because of large volume purchases.

"This relationship allows us to immediately extend our services to even more flight departments at rates that fit into increasingly tight operational budgets."
Under the partnership agreement, JFI has negotiated preferred pricing on Jet Professional Services to its members. The JFI discount for Jet Professionals depends on the service and aircraft type. Currently, there's no cost to become a member of JFI.
The JFI Alliance Partners consist of contract fuel programs, upset and recovery training, flight planning, weather data, safety auditing/consulting, ground transportation services, Enhanced Vision Systems, emergency medical equipment/services, satellite communications, pilot headsets, aircraft window repair and replacement, avionics upgrades and aircraft maintenance. JFI has offices in Van Nuys and San Jose, Calif.; Houston; Maryland and Dubai.
