Gene Langfeldt, president of Wetzel Aviation, a Centennial Airport-based turbine aircraft sales company that represents buyers and sellers and also acquires aircraft for inventory, said the company’s first year of operation was very successful and rewarding.
“We had a lot of confidence that we could start fast because our staff has over 100 years of combined relationship building in general aviation,” he said. “With the strengthened economy, we’re seeing values of used turbine aircraft increasing nicely. Aircraft owners are becoming more interested in moving up at this time and that makes opportunities for us. I expect 2005 will be good for us.”
