Over the past decade, Denver has witnessed a growth explosion. Almost daily, new subdivisions, apartment buildings, and businesses sprout up across town. Recently this explosion has carried over to Centennial Airport. In the past year, a variety of new hangars have been built to keep up with the steadily growing demand for business and recreation aviation facilities.
Hangars have been built or are being built for Liberty Media, the Airpark Center, JVB Aviation, AT&T, Key Lime, Mayo Aviation, TAC Air, Rocky Mountain Straight Flight, Precision Aircraft, and Don Sturm.
The Airpark Center’s newest hangar is the largest building project at Centennial Airport in the last decade. This building of 50,000 square feet, with 10 hangers that vary in size from 2,800 square feet to 7,200 square feet, will offer hanger storage for Aviation Sales and other future renters.
