Actor and pilot Morgan Freeman recently spent a day at Centennial Airport with Airport Journals. Morgan enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Perfect Landing Restaurant and particularly enjoyed the view, watching the new Adam A-500 doing touch and go’s. He explained to restaurant owners, Jim and Sean Carter, the virtues of centerline thrust and his interest in the A-500.
After breakfast, Morgan visited Centennial’s legendary pilot Joe Thibodeau. Joe had just returned from his first place win (Unlimited Bronze) at Reno, and Morgan wanted to fulfill his lifelong dream of riding in a P-51 Mustang.
